• Registration required by June 13, 2026

• Setup can begin at 8:00am; no vehicles for setup past 9am

• Vendors supply their own tables, chairs, tents etc. and are responsible to remove their personal garbage at the end

• Vendor spaces are assigned by email or the morning of event. Previously at our Festival? You can request your previous space in advance!

By submitting a vendor application either electronically or by mail you agree to the following: I understand the requirements of the Festival and agree to abide by them. I hereby hold harmless, ICAG & the Village of Interlaken. Furthermore I accept fully responsibilty for myself, property, and my actions. I understand that the sponsors will not be liable for damages or losses of any kind suffered by participation in this event.

Line-up in Interlaken at the South Seneca Elementary School ( 8326 N Main St, Interlaken, NY 14847 ) will begin at 9:30 am. The parade will start at 10:30am. You will depart from the school traveling south on Main Street/Route 96, past the Community Bank parking lot, to end near West Avenue/96A, where participants will be able to disband and reorganize as needed. The parade is approximately half a mile long. Please prepare for weather as appropriate. The listed order of the parade is subject to change until the time of the parade. This is the reason for the early line-up time. Arrive as early as possible to facilitate any needed changes.

Alumni are invited to return for Interlaken Olde Home Days, tour the school, and gather for a reunion reception at a local winery. 

Please register to join Reunion events on Saturday, June 20, 2026:

• 3:00 p.m. - Tour of South Seneca Elementary School (formerly Interlaken Central School)

• 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. - Alumni Reception hosted at Airy Acres Vineyard, 8011 Footes Corners Rd, Interlaken, NY

• No permit needed in the Village of Interlaken for this event

• Please register by June 15 and be included on the OHD Map!
